Adeline Barney, NP-C

Aesthetic Nurse

Adeline initially began working in aesthetics as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2015, when she was trained in medical-grade skin care products including ZO Skin Health and Skinbetter Science. She has worked in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, and has refined her craft as a Master Injector with extensive Allergan training. Adeline is also highly experienced in laser treatments, RF microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.

Outside of work, Adeline is a devoted wife and mom who loves to travel and cherishes her time with family and friends.

Brandi Johnson

Medical Aesthetician

Brandi is a medical aesthetician who has been practicing in Southern California for over 20 years. She enjoys staying up to date on the latest services and innovative skincare products through continued education. Specializing in acne-prone and sensitive skin, Brandi finds helping others truly rewarding. Guiding her patients toward the best solutions to achieve healthy beautiful skin is what drives her.

In her free time, Brandi enjoys camping, beach days, bike riding and cooking for family and friends.

Lori Chesley

Medical Aesthetician

Lori has been a Medical Aesthetician for 20 years. She specializes in professional skincare treatments such as dermaplaning and chemical peels that will leave your skin looking healthy and vibrant. Having worked with many plastic surgeons and dermatologists over the years, Lori has extensive experience in solving pigmentation problems, acne and anti-aging concerns. She believes in an individualized approach to skin care and helping patients create a unique plan to achieve their best skin. She also loves helping patients relax and restore balance.

When she’s not in the office, Lori enjoys spending time with friends and reclining catching up on Netflix.

Jen Pinto, R.N.

Aesthetic Nurse

Jen is an aesthetic registered nurse who is passionate about providing best-in-class and compassionate patient care. She has been working in healthcare in Orange County since 2016. Jen comes to us from another specialty MedSpa where she focuses on helping patients look their best with injectables including Botox and Dermal Fillers, and lasers such as Laser Hair Removal and Clear+Brilliant.

When she’s not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her family and she loves making ceramics.

Grace Hutton

Medical Assistant

Grace is a Medical Assistant who is passionate about a career in the aesthetic industry. She previously worked for a medical spa in Huntington Beach before joining the BioSpa team. Born and raised in Orange County, Grace completed her undergraduate degree at California State University, Long Beach. She plans to advance her education and pursue a Physician Assistant (PA) license.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, culinary adventures (she’s a huge foodie!), and a good scary movie!

Dr. Jed Horowitz & Dr. Larry Nichter

Medical Directors

BioSpa® is owned and operated by renowned board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter. They both bring over 35 years of experience in the aesthetic field. Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter not only oversee day-to-day operations, but they also perform treatments on a patient-requested basis. As both doctors know, it is very important that patients are informed about who is running the medical spa they choose to be treated at. Proper training, education, and credentials to maintain a safe and reputable practice is essential.

Unfortunately, medical spa regulations are not as stringent as they should be. Therefore, at some other MedSpas, someone who is not properly qualified could be performing the treatments. Even with non-surgical cosmetic treatments, patient safety should always be the number one priority. That is the focus at BioSpa® in addition to providing exceptional service, personalized care, and outstanding results.
